The room itself was perfect and immaculate and the hotel was clean. The room with a king bed. We were in a convenient and reasonable location not too far from Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park. The property was in a pretty nice area.

I had planned the trip for a friend to celebrate his birthday. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Never been to Charleston before I must say I will visit again. My friend and both enjoyed our stay.

We were surprised by how well decorated this hotel was. Nice furnishings, entryways,etc. Especially impressed by the free breakfast. It featured more than you could eat!

The comfort of the beds made for a great night's sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful design of the room, with ample hooks and a bench for luggage.
Some noise from the hallway was a minor distraction during the night.

Great rate for the room, rooms were clean we were lucky to have a good pool view instead of parking lot, good breakfast each morning, close to everything we wanted to do (dinner cruise, Booked.net tour, proximity to downtown, short drive to folly beach). Will definitely stay here next time in the Charleston.

The decor was modern and recycling was provided. The breakfast service was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful.
The mattress was worn and not very comfortable.

they double billed me for my room and I still have not gotten credit back on my credit card. no excuse except carelessness on part of staff. i caught it myself and am not pleased at all
